Characteristics
Structural Design:

The base plate is made of galvanized material and is equipped with holes. It is combined with blue columns to form a stackable framework structure, allowing for multi-layer stacking to store goods and enhancing the space utilization rate.
Protection Characteristics:

The galvanized layer gives the base plate certain protective properties, and the holes create a unique structural form. The combination of these two elements enables the stackable rack to have an appearance and functional performance different from ordinary shelves in storage scenarios.

Advantages
Anti-corrosion and rust prevention:

The galvanized layer serves as an excellent barrier against corrosion, preventing air and moisture from contacting the base steel plate. Even in a damp warehouse environment with a small amount of corrosive substances, it can delay the rusting of the base plate and significantly extend the service life of the stacker frame, reducing the cost of replacing equipment due to rust.
Easy cleaning and drainage:

The holes can quickly drain the water from the base plate. For example, when cleaning the warehouse floor or storing goods with water, the water will not accumulate on the base plate, avoiding damage to the goods. At the same time, cleaning tools (such as mops and vacuum cleaners) can pass through the holes to clean the debris below and on the surface of the base plate, keeping the stacker frame and stored goods clean, and reducing the risk of goods deteriorating due to moisture and dirt.
