The origin of stacking racks

Do you know that the original design of the stacker was evolved from a drag tray? Their main structure consists of a car chassis, four edge uprights, and a portion above them. This car chassis alone is equivalent to a trailer, perhaps because in the process of transporting and storing goods, people do not need large storage shelves, and the goods stacked on the trailer may scatter. Therefore, it has evolved and improved into the current stacker.

In the warehouse, in addition to the key application of storage shelves, stacking many goods is easier to solve, and professional machinery and equipment are necessary at this time. Therefore, stacking racks have emerged. There are many differences from heavy-duty shelves, as each of them has a basic function that can be used independently, stacked vertically from top to bottom. They are more flexible than storage shelves, and are widely used in designated places such as freezers, also known as smart shelves. I have summarized that this warehouse stacking rack has some unique advantages.

(1) They are convenient and reliable. If not needed, they can be put together and disassembled to put aside, without occupying a lot of indoor storage space.

(2) Being able to conduct quantitative analysis and storage of goods, as well as sorting and delivery of express delivery, is particularly convenient when applied.

(3) Due to its separate storage space, it enables effective maintenance of goods and greatly prevents adverse hazards caused by collisions.

(4) The maximum stacking capacity is 4 to 5 layers, and its load capacity can reach 3000kg.

In terms of structural form, there are mobile and detachable stacking racks. I suggest that the main selection should be based on the characteristics of the stored items.
